The Frontline Desk assistant at DR LERUTLA's surgery Ntombi-to be prescise is so RUDE. she doesn't have customer service and good client care. I took my mother there very very ill, I explained that my mom is from the clinic and is a covid19 suspect, we were sent to do a Covid19 test. She said I must tell my mom to wait. Mind you she is in pain, coughing, has diarrhea, body weakness, headache, vomiting, dizziness. I told her that mom is sleeping outside on the grass she did not even care. She caried on with her work. If mom is to wait in the que, isn't she infecting all the other patients she is awaiting with? We are still waiting in the Que as we speak. She even dismissed another woman who was with a sick baby, the little girl was crying in pain. The other patients said even asked on the girl's behalf to skip the Que, but with rudeness and attitude she told the girl's mom to sit down and wait for her turn. Dr LERUTLA should consider hiring qualified nurses who can do a thorough assessment and be able to prioritize patients. We can't be dealing with such BAD attitude from this woman. What happened to the great staff members who served with respect, humanity, kindness at this Surgery? I'm an unhappy client.
