Absolute worst experience from there billing side. Didn’t bother phoning to say my medical aid declined it sent mails and apparent sms and then felt it’s enough to justify handing me over. No phone call nothing forst call I got was from the their debt collectors. Absolutely disgusting

All I can say for someone who hates seeing doctors, doctor Muller and his staff always friendly and welcoming just makes you feel like you not at the doctors. From the moment you walk in the establishment you greeted with best service and everyone making you feel comfortable, there are no races or patients there just all round human beings and that what society should be. THANK YOU!
Absolutely bad service from accounts department. They do not know how to be professional and speak to clients. This is now the second time on two different occasions. Maryna has no communication skills. I was the one whom query a statement to be send to me via email when i noticed my payment was unsuccessful with my medical aid.
