Dr. Ford is very profesional in what he do. He did my lower back in Oct'20. I didn't experienced no rudeness only profesionalism. Maybe cause he is a quiet person and do what is expected it's seen for rudeness. I fully enjoyed him. I am sad he is retired as I still need a neck opp and trust him 100%.
Dr Ford did my back operation in november 2019 it has been a great sucsess thankyou Dr Ford and Dr Chochraine you are most definately highly recommended surgeons
Agree with the above reviews,the doctor is OK but very rude,his assistant by the name of Nicky is an absolute bulldog,this female thinks she's is the neurosurgeon herself, she shouts when speaking to people and is damn rude,they always more concerned about the account being paid rather than the treatment of the patient.I will not recommend anyone to go this place at all,maybe if Dr Ford can have a friendly receptionist then maybe things will change.Horrible experiences on occasions already this year.
Excellent doctor, but rude and as always they are all about account paid first and not healing first... sad but true
