One year ago I had my GP ,who had been my family doctor for 21 years retire .I actually felt robbed .By nature I am a loyal creature of habit and for a year I visited various doctors but could not find a surgery ,doctor or medical centre, I was comfortable with .By chance I came across Mngadimed, on Facebook and decided to give them a chance.From the moment I walked into the doors I was impressed . The medical centre is clean and well kept ,with a homely feel to it . Reception staff ,nurses and doctor are absolute gems ,friendly , caring and attentive.Lets expound on the doctor .He is intelligent,paying attention to every little detail of your health and has an excellent ,non judgemental bed side manner .He is no magician ,I walked out of there still sick ,with a sore butt from a jab and a bitter taste in my mouth from a tablet but with the hugest smile on my face. I have found my GP of choice,I have found home ,until he retires and lucky for me he is still young. I would also blindly recommend this establishment and Dr Mngadi to anyone looking for an efficient doctor .This doctor doesn't just talk the talk but walks it too.Watching him in action, you quickly see that been a doctor is a calling for him and not an occupation.Brilliant doctor and a very warm welcoming establishment.I wish you all good health but when you do feel ill, visit Mngadimed in Scotsville , they will not disappoint you .My health going forward,I know, will be well taken care of by this awesome team.
I am disappointed with the service i received from the stuff members at the reception. They don't respect patients at all, they lough, play and make noise while patients are waiting. Today the guy at the reception let me stay the whole day in the line. He allowed other patients in the Dr's room before me. Even when I reminded him to check my file, he kept on saying that he will let me in after other patients who came after me. At the end he blamed it on me and said I was supposed to come at the front and check for my file. I ended up spending more than 7 hours. I am not going there again, i will tell my familyand friends about the experience i received today.
We received great service from Dr. Mngadi. We did our pregnancy scan and started Antinental Care with him and we were advised and guided throughout the journey.
My family and I always get the best service. Siyabonga . I have nominated Mngadi Med as my network GP.
I phoned the surgery coz i was expiriencing some pains and i needed to see the doctor , they told me the doctor is around and when i got there...only then they told me the doctor does not work on weekend...after all that drive...in pains...its sad
