Bookings were horrible. He would ask every time I consult what my problem was yet my file is starring at him, as if he has never seen me 10 times before
Made an appointment over the phone...was told that I am number 18 on the list...could come in and wait...which I was not willing to do since we are living in a pandemic and asked receptionist what time should I come in she advised that each patient takes 20 mins so I could come at 5pm..I call at 4pm to ask if they are on schedule she advised that doc is only on patient number 4 so I should come after 5:30pm ...I got through to find them locking up saying doc has left...they couldn't phone me to tell me this..rather said I should make another booking in 2 days time....I will never go back...very unprofessional esp for the high price range.
Good just the booking system only that is stressing
