I have a problem with making an appointment at this doctor u only get help a hour after you schedule appointment. This is absolutely unacceptable for a medical practitioner. Never again
Dr has an excellent bedside manner. A real people's person. Friendly efficient staff that doesn't shirk from responsibility.
Very poor experience. Pre called to explain a medical situation was advised to come and collect covid form for testing and some medication . Get there at 11 , waited till 11:20 , nothing. I explained that i will come back as there was things I needed to do . While gone we called again asking them to make sure that when I returned, everything was to be ready , we were told yes everything will be ready . Went back just after 12 . Waited another half hour . Anyways, was told to go for the testing then come see doctor by appointment at 12 pm today . Get there at 12 on time , guess what ? Its 12:30 and still waiting to be seen . What's the point of it all ? Patient to be sit waiting while having bad running diarrhea Really a horrible experience and not a single apology, receptionist rather on their phones and working out lunch menus . But very quick enough to bill your medical aid . Considering removing this practice as my network preferred GP .
It's just sad that even though my child has a fever since the previous evening, they still can't see him. Appointment based, I understand, but if a child has a fever, that is an unlikely and unforeseen circumstance.
I'm attending Dr Theunissen's practice since she started. I've been seeing quite a few Dr's and specialists. But I have to give Dr Theunissen a thumbs up for being the best among the best. great service over the past the past 12 years being the best am
Very good Doctor. She explains everything to you which you don't understand n really treats you well.
She genuinely cares ,which is so rare because many GPs are just nonchalant.She takes her time when doing consultations and gives you all her attention regardless of the time it may take.
Dr T gets to know you, gets to know your history, asks what your concerns are and physically examines you. She is not like any other doctor I've been to where some just asks, and slap a bag of pills in your hand.
My mother was very happy with the service that she received today. Doctor is very kind, understanding and patient.
Worst doctor I've ever visited... A 2hr sitting stint gained me nothing but frustration
