I think the management need to monitor patient complain box because from my experience it was the staff attitude I believe if you work with people regardless were they came from you need to cater the same level of care. The teenangers are more afraid to go for the family programmes due to judgements and comments that has been said by the staff members. I think our health care workers need to remember why they choose the caree that involve in working with people and do self introspection. Thank you

This was in 2011 worst service ever, I went there because my water broke before having contractions those nurses were disgusting they don't know how to treat patients n they are very rude when they speak to you but thank God I prayed to go n deliver in Mowbray n he answered my prayer n they reffered me there. When you deliver a baby at KTC they shout at ur ass i felt sorry for those women as if the nurses are men not women who can understand your pain. But i give 5stars to those ladies who check the baby n everything else before you go deliver shame they are really friendly n nice but to give birth at this hospital goodluck.

I admire the work they do, but one thing they mast know, " respect doesn't come one way".

My Cousin was given the wrong treatment at this pathetic clinic. Disgusting service non of the nurses or doctors are passionate about their job.

Poor services from all employees especially the ones at the reception
