I'm on chronic meds and every 6months I must go for my check up and blood work, which doesn't fall under day to day but chronic, however if I have depleted my day to day the receptionist insist that I need to pay cash
I went there last week Saturday with my 2 month old baby, I only got 2 stuff medication and had to buy the rest. My mother went to them again and asked if I can come back as my baby is not improving and they told her to pay R250 extra, where the docter only told me to come back, and did not mention any extra money. Like what the hell. Bad bad bad
You need to be patient as there is no booking system. They open at 9h00 but start servicing patients at 10h00. But they have very good and friendly doctors so I do not mind the wait.
