My experience on all days I have been here is different. Recent experience was bad. I had to wait for 15 minutes unattended while there was only one person before me and lot of staff were just chatting without attending to us. On certain days they will attend to you very fast. They are situated on the ground floor. You walk straight to the end of the building from the entrance.

The staff are extremely professional and helpful, and so friendly and warm towards patients. Also very efficient and have results and information ready much sooner than one would expect. I'd recommend them any day.

One sits here and wait forever. It's perhaps one person done for every 20 minute interval

Pleadant experience. Was there about two months ago I went late afternoon and was assisted immediately. The lady who drew my blood was friendly and went out of her way to accommodate me.

I have only experienced excellent service. It gets busy at times, so I always go as early as possible.

Need to get a PCR test done for travelling, so i Googled where this test can be done, Pathcare CapeGate's name came up. I phoned them to book an appointment, and while i explain what im phoning for, this lady intteruped me straight and just said they dont do PCR tests. Soooooo, not the place to go for PCR tests. Maybe just alter the type of tests done at this outlet not to waste other peoples time.

Went for a covid test with my little daughter today, that lady was blatantly arrogant and rude. It is very unprofessional i hope she gets addressed by her seniors. Pathetic service to say the least!

Corona makes things difficult but seriously. I am sitting here since 09:00 in a freezing hall outside the Pathcare office with 5 other people, its 10:40 now. No one is coming or going.

The staff are always pleasant and friendly And the waiting room is very clean

Most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. Wanting to blacklist clients for accounts that was paid the same day .... incompetent!
