Dr Marais has been our family doctor for over 20 years. He has taken care of both my Mom and my late Dad for many years, showing love and care all the time. I have friends which I have referred to him because of his experience and expertise. Such a wonderful doctor. May God keep him and grow His knowledge daily.
I trusted this Dr as he came highly recommended by a family member. He did my birth and shortly after that my eldest son fell sick I took him to the Dr and he was diagnosed with RSV then my Newborn became sick and I was terrified it was from my son. Took my baby to the Dr and even though my son was sick and it was this very Dr who had diagnosed him he told me not to worry about my newborn baby that it was probably "Asthma!!????!?!" Trusted Dr who gave me prospan to clear the phlegm. A few days later my newborn baby boy stopped breathing and was rushed to hospital who passed away 3 days later from oh guess what RSV!!!!!
What an excellent Doctor. He is caring and professional. Dr Marais makes sure he gets to the bottom of the problem. If you are ill, have an ailment, suffering with cramps or pain or just for a check up, then look no further for a quality Doctor who knows exactly what they are doing. Clean practice, great staff and an in-house dispensary make this your one stop doctor shop.
I wouldn’t recommend the practice at all they are disorganized. I made an appointment to visit the doctor as a cash payer, after everything a lady led me to a different room to bill me and I paid cash. Only for them to send me a bill later detailing that they didn’t bill me correctly. Who’s fault was that? They have been butchering me about a bill for months and I just paid it to get them off my chest It wasn’t my responsibility to make sure you bill me correctly. You printed out the receipt and I still have it it have the consultation fee only
Dr Marais, cannot express enough what a great doctor he is. Been part of our lives for 28 years. Kind, caring, thorough. Please never retire.
Appointment is for 9 have been sitting here for an hour and a half and still waiting for the doctor. How do you make an appointment with sick people and then make them sit here for so long
