The Dr, the assistant and the receptionist were absolutely great with my 7 year old grandson who was petrified. One extraction done without crying and he is happy to go for the second and then a filling.

Dr Roos works very delicately, thankfully! In my experience while visiting his office, I found him to be very patient, as every time I had problems with a different tooth, he was always happy to help without the "not you again" attitude I think other dentists would have had. Throughout procedures he always pauses to check if you're still fine. I would really recommend him to anyone, especially if you have a fear of needles and you're terrified of dentists in general. His staff are all incredibly friendly. His consultation room and equipment is all very organized and clean. I surely wouldn't go to any other dentist.

My wife took my daughter 6 to see doctor Roos, for a filing, R2200 later for a 6 year old child....as well as my wife went to have a tooth pulled and doctor just looked at the tooth, no x ray nothing and charged R800. Prices are Exorbitant! Definitely will not be going back.

Just want to thank Dr Roos and his assistant as well as the receptionist for their professional friendly service. My 3 year old is excited to visit them again.

As a kid I went to Dr Roos for dentist appointments. I had braces till the age of 15 where I got a cavity in my molar. Dr Roos performed a root canal on me. After this root canal, I got an infection in the canal. My entire face swoll up and I had to go to the hospital to be put on antibiotics and painkillers urgently. I visited another dentist three times to fix Dr Roos’ mistake. The one canal was completely forgotten when he did my root canal. The infection was so sever that it could have left an abscess in my jaw. The crown that was put on was too big, which i thought it was, but they put it on anyway. Such incredibly poor service and a lack of respect shown towards my health and trusting him as a dentist. All other dentists i have seen after this incident say they feel ashamed for him and state that this poor dentistry and that it would cost me close to R15000 in the future to correct properly. I would do not recommend him due to my personal experience.
