I haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years due to fear. This is the first time that I have been desperate enough to even consider seeing a dentist and I can honestly say I am pleasantly surprised. I saw Dr Kim and his amazing assistant. Despite how scared I was they were both patient, supportive and understanding. Every step was explained and every noise I was reassured what the sound was caused by. After today's experience I will definitely be returning to have my wisdoms removed knowing that I am in the best hands. I am truly grateful that my first experience in over 10 years was with this amazing team.
Highly recommend! I have had experiences with a few dentists in the past I had an expectation coming in, however, I can say for certain you will never find a better place for your dental work. I had the pleasure of being Dr. Deena Gralnik client and I have full confidence in what she does. Absolute professional in every regard and friendly as can be, I had my root canal done as well as some fillings and have never been so satisfied by dental work. Pros: Extremely great value for money Friendly and inciteful service convenient efficient excellent quality all round Cons: Nothing. Seriously great service, Keep it up!
Compassionate and gentle. All the things we need at a dentist. The staff and ladies in the front make the visits a pleasure. Dentists are phenomenal. Excellent people and they do crowns while one waits as well Best.
From the minute I made my booking I was made to feel like a VIP and treated with the most care. Dr Glassman and Charmaine and the entire team at the practice are truly amazing individuals i wish i knew about you sooner. The premises and the whole team at family dental are amazing and my treatments with dr Glassman were incredible, with results over and above what I expected. It was my 1st time having an implant and crowns put in and all i can say is wow and a big thank you so Dr Glassman and team for being so gentle and caring throughout the procedure i ve never been made to feel so comfortable and well looked after during any procedure . thank you for giving me a reason to smile everyday knowing that my oral health is in good hands no matter what.

The best dental practice I have ever been to. Friendly and efficient. The staff are friendly, competent and very helpful. The doctors are incredible at what they do. Highly recommend this practice.
In answer to the response to this review: 1. Insisting on fixing a tooth does not constitute presenting me with all possible treatment options. No other options were given... 2. Surgical removal requires an INCISION to be made... NO INCISION was made, the doctor used a pair of DENTAL PLIERS ONLY.... or did you forget that I was present and could see which tools you used? It took you less two minutes to do the extraction, I must commend you on the efficiency of doing the SIMPLE EXTRACTION, it was quick and effortless. 3. Concerning the suture: You struggled to tie the knot, why would I return for you to try again? There was no need for it anyway, it healed without it perfectly, no dry socket, no complications. 4. I chose not to answer your phone calls, because this is not up for discussion... you charged me for a surgical removal, while you only used dental pliers... what compromise do you want to reach? You overcharged me, and then LIE about the "surgical removal" in your response. There is no compromise to be reached... I am not interested in a refund or an apology... I will also not remove this review as I feel that people should know to make sure that they are charged correctly in the event they choose to use you as a dentist. 5. I can not review any of the other doctors at this practice, as I only had experience with this particular doctor. I have heard that they are wonderful dentists, and that is why I chose to try them out. Unfortunately, I have to stand by my statement that I will not recommend this doctor. Went for a normal tooth extraction, was placed with dr Deena. She decided that the hole was too big after she pulled the tooth and put a stitch in.... to motivate charging me for surgical extraction, while she only performed a normal extraction?? 2 hours later the stitch fell out.... very rude as well.. had to pay R1600 for having a tooth pulled and treated with disrespect! Will never go back or recommend.
I always have a wonderful experience at Family Dental Practice. Everyone is so lovely. Dr. Kim is such a fantastic dentist - he always puts me at ease and listens to my concerns, while offering an excellent service. Thank you!
