I was so sick and appointment slots were available but after taking my details, I was told that I may not be given an appointment slot if I’m visiting the Dr for the first. That’s such disgusting mentality. my friend had been there a few days prior, she was on the queue for over 3 hours with 6 patients still in front of her and ended up going home but at least they gave her an appointment the next day since she’s been there before. Nobody cared that she was so ill she could barely stand. I refuse such service especially when it’s not a favour and I’m paying for it
Dr Dlomo has been my Gp for several years, she is the best. She is kind, caring and thorough.
She is very kind explain perfectly everything that you want to know, she's like a mother, it was my first time and I was very satisfied, I will make her my GP from now onwards, I just love her, she deserves stars
She is not just the best doctor, but she's very motherly and it's so easy to talk to her. She took her time when she examined me, and she explained everything properly. It was my first visit, but from now on she is my regular GP. She deserves 10 stars and not 5.
I visited on a Saturday and the stand in Doctor, Dr Isabel was kind, explaining everything patiently and helping me understand what was happening. He made me feel comfortable and assured. I appreciated the efficiency and family feel of the practise.
Incompetent receptionist. I’ve had better welcoming experiences from the local butcher, mechanic or even a tree-felling business. I’d not be sure if my health is in good hands when the first point of contact is this unprofessional.
The Dr Dlomo has saved my life I don't know how many times, she is friendly and understanding, the reason I love the way she works is because she investigates, she doesn't just sit behind her desk and ask what's wrong with you and give pills, she goes as far as pulling your blood tests. I don't believe a Dr should be rated based on how her staff conduct themselves. I am not treated by the receptionist, their people skills lack but the fact is the Dr is good. Personally ended up not seeing the doctor because of the unprofessional receptionist. The receptionist has zero customer service skills. Took my spot on the que and gave it to his girlfriend or crush i dont know
