I also wish there was a zero rating. You will swear you are in a public clinic in some deep rural areas. with long queue and low capacity. They must just remove the Reception area, those guys are extremely rude, even worse the old Lady who is always angry. The Dr, that has been helping me so far is very vague and always refer me to his friends with zero advise considering that his still a GP after all. Yesterday was my last day in that circus medical center. I would rather recommend a public facility than that place. Long queues with poor communication and poor customer care service.

Tjo, I've saved myself. Thanks to prior reviews! I called this place to make a booking because of its proximity to where I stay. From the conversation, I could sense some rudeness. No thank you! I will find another Dr.

Dr Unben Pillay and Associates has been around Mr for years. The upside is that you have a wide variety of services at a much much better fraction of the cost than normal places the prices of the pathology is just way cheaper than Lancet , the front reception staff is another cattle of fish yet they deal with so many patients they not the friendliest and not the worst they just doing their job. I have always found the Drs all of them so helpful and caring We love Dr Steinberg who has been at the turning point of finding causes that many doctors looked past in the past. When we go over the weekends we find that all the other doctors have been as nice. So if you are patient you will get helped.

POOR POOR POOR SERVICE FROM CAMENE!!! I must say the service I have been receiving from this Dr's office has been unpleasant to say the least. I have been using Dr Pillay for years now and never had an issue with the staff they are always very friendly and helpful however I have since received horrendous service from Cameni who has just joined the team. First time she assisted me I waited for over 2 hours even after I had asked her a few times why am I not being called to see the Dr when people that came after me kept going in and coming out, she kept saying I will see the Dr next while attending to other people, only after I stood up to ask the other staff members what is happening as they were about to close only to find out that she could not file my file. She did not even apologize or explain to me what had happened. As if that was not enough, on my second visit I had requested for authorization to be sent to Discovery so I called in to do a follow up and she told me that they are still waiting for authorization after 5 days only to find out that she was lying and she was so rude,didnt want to listen to anything and I had to leave work and go there because I wasn't getting any assistance from her. I never want to be attended by her EVER again.

Love the team here at ActiveCare Clinic. Such an improvement in the overall client experience since Kaminey has joined, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Dr. U Pillay has always been amazing. Both my mum and I visited the clinic recently and saw Dr. Moodley. He is not only very knowledgeable and but extremely warm and caring and you feel like you in good hands from day dot. We both left feeling like more than just a number.

Went from getting subpar service on my first visit, the lady at reception who did the covid questionnaire was just rude. Not just to me, i observed her being like this with other people on my second visit. My second visit was just horrible, I’d give a 0 star rating if i could. On this visit it took me almost 3 hours to see a doctor where i saw other people being serviced within an hour average. Then i saw the most rude “Dr” don’t know if she is as she didn’t have a nametag that stated so who didn’t actually even give me a diagnosis. She basically told me what foods to avoid and gave me a script upon me telling her my symptoms. She seemed to be in her mid 20s with little experience and people skills, like i said she didn’t have a nametag so I can’t be sure she’s really a Doctor 3rd of 4th door on the right across from reception.. AVOID this place

If you are in a situation where you are so sick that you can't sit this is the last place you should opt, rather drive 20-50kms more to reac other doctors but not here. They will make you sit for hours still its not guaranteed that you will see a doctor or just pass out, they truly have wierd preferences where a healthy looking patient who came an hour later would get access first but the one who is genuinely weak will be sitting out in sun... FYI I just hate giving even that 1 star

So disappointed that the doctors and ladies at reception don’t have time to take patients queries and engage in a professional manner. They claim to be busy as if wepatients are not. After consulting with a doc and not getting a sick note because I thought I’ll be fine next day. I was unable to go to work day after consultation and phoned the doc to ask for a sick note give that I have been off 2 consecutive days. Doctor tells me he’s too busy, I must come back for consultation. I then decided to walk in and try to I understand why I need second consultation in order for sick note to be issued. No one could clearly explain the process to me and the ladies were very disrespectful, dismissive, very loud in trying to get rid of me. Saying that they don’t just issue sick note to people who just walk. To this day, I regret making use of their service and will not be seen in that place.

Very well run practice. No issues at all. Dealt with Kamini over the phone for a booking and on arrival. Went in for a drip and was treated by Nosisa and TK. Friendly staff - they assist with all queries. Parking can be an issue around the area, so would be better to park at Boulders and walk across the road.

I went the for a scan and asked the lady at the doors about the cost of which she said 500. I went in the Dr did a test which I already did myself at home and then she tells me there is no scan they need to refer me to another practise around the areas and I have to pay an additional 475 . So I paid 500 to Be referred to another place where I need to pay another amount. This a rip off consider instead that I was told it’s 500. Now I don’t have the cash for that scan. I’m so angry and hurt
