Coming from a Healthcare background, I can say that Dr Raubenheimer is one of the best Doctors I've been to, to date. Thorough discussion, comprehensive physical exam and not just focused on prescribing medication for your symtpoms, but rather a conscious effort to find the source of the issue. Best service from reception. Proceed to the consultation rooms Dr Janine treats you with respect, she makes you feel at home and it was like i had known her for years and years. I am very happy with her, from now on she is my fav Dr thumbs up
She seems to approach patients with a huge amount of empathy and I actually felt like I was having a human experience for once instead of just a clinical one. She listens well and is very easy to talk to. Definitely my fave GP from now on.
Well, 5 stars does not cut it because she deserves all the stars in the galaxy. She is an exceptional Dr. She is thorough and kind in her approach. Very gentle and treats you like you're her very first patient for the day, and wants nothing but the best for her patients.
