The dentist I saw was good. He has an amazing manner and is a new tech master. Unfortunately my filling fell out a month after getting it which is ok. Happens. The process of getting the invoicing or any of the scripts I was supposed to receive was impossible. Request after request went unnoticed. And for a "pay upfront and claim yourself" practice, it was impossible to claim ot get copies of the invoices. Furthermore, I never received any of the 2 scripts I was supposed to get despite chasing up until eventually I gave up. One of the procedures I had left me with some pain and I would have hoped there was some medication on the scripts which could have helped, but alas, I will never know.in fact I was told they will be mailed to me but like the invoice, never recieved Unfortunately, I won't be going back. The hassle of dealing with the practice is not worth it. Also WAY WAY expensive! Especially when you can't claim the tiny portion of the charges back from med aid because you can't get the paperwork. Less than 4 months later... September 2021- Side note... both fillings I had have come out. Close to 7k later!!!! Holy cow! Now to go and have to pay another dentist and go through the hassle of getting both fillings replaced! What a waste of money and time!!

After being a client for over 7 years and having referred so many potential clients, was was denied assistance by said practice when I asked to have a 30 day payment arrangement put on a quote supplied to me. After which I asked if i could pay 50% upfront and balance in 30 days with interest. Still have not heard back from them.. Shocked at how a practice would prefer to loose a client rather than keep them.

Hi people plz don’t go there .... worst treatment ever ... now this place name changed as SMILE ME .. I went their on last week for my son 8 years old teeth cleaning .. usually it’s 45 minutes they charge 580 for under age of 10 year old . He Doctor cleaned exactly 3 to 5 minutes then he said finished ... this is crime he is doing coz he charges 580 for brush my son teeth .... it’s really ridiculous
