Not a place i would recommend to anyone i know, i went there 26 April 2022. I received my invoice and asked them to email it to the company and after making proper arrangements that my company will pay for the visit they started harassing me about payment the following week, i then told them that i will make the payment which i did. The following day i received a message and email with the invoice but it had extra items on it and saying that they will hand me over to their lawyers.if i had been delaying for a month/s i would understand but this was little over a week after the visit To my experience THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED AND THEY LIKE TO TAKE THE LAW INTO THEIR OWN HAND BY THREATENING PEOPLE WITH LAWYERS.
Dr. Steyn is a very good doctor, strongly recommended. Excellent service from Sonette Bezuidenhout.
Very unprofessional, I had a an appointment on 25 March 2021, when we arrived has the Dr not been available for 2 weeks already and no one knew where he were. His office staff did not even phone anyone to postpone their appointments. There was only a notice on his office door saying "We will be back on 14.04.2021" His office staff very unfriendly, in 2020 just before full lock-down in March I asked for a sick note and the lady working at reception said "Dr will not give sick notes, but if it is your time to die it is you time to die". They do not deserve any stars.
Dr. Steyn retired. The practice moved.
Dr Steyn the Cardiologist was very professional. We will evaluate the results over the next few weeks.
