DR Tavaras

I have always been a patient of the Dr and always got the best service from all the staff but today I was very hurt and disappointed by the front lady. She returned me back home while I was very sick claiming that my medical aid is closed on Saturday so they can't get confirmation of funds which is something new to me because I always go there on Saturdays and she was very rude. I'm still going to report her to her boss. Yet she is black like me, if it was a white person she was never going to be rude. What I know is with medical aids you can still claim on my business day which is during the week of they closed over weekend or public holidays
