Dr Welile PP Mdluli

I had a very bad experience with this Dr. I had unfortunately lost my baby at 5 months, mind you it was my first child. The Dr had no time explaining what was happening to me, as i had a lot of questions. Instead he had a smirk on his face and seemed like i was wasting his time. I guess he has his favorite people, that he treats well. He does not have time. I was a high risk patient, so he had to sign some form to see me often, but instead he told me it's not him who needs to see me but i am. He never signed them. Will never recommend him to anyone. The one star i gave is for reception because they always treated me well.

Exceptional service I received here. I didn't have an appointment scheduled, but the help desk helped me very friendly, opened a file for my wife and they phoned us later the day to come back when the doctor was ready to serve us. Thanks so much to Dr. Welile and his team

The front desk services are not so good and not welcoming ,rude at times .I would rate the customer service 3/10. Horrible experience with my first child ,had an infection and the doctor was no where to be found ,he never returned any of my texts and calls ,ever! The doctor is so busy that he never have time for his patients, even on appointments you can wait the whole day to be assisted ,it is always packed and busy, and also he is always in a rush to get to another patient when assisting you. I would not recommend it especially for first time mothers as he doesn't feed you with information unless you ask and as first time mother you probably clueless on what to expect or have the right questions to ask.

That's my gynecologist ,never been disappointed there....During the week you need to make an appointment but on weekends first come first served

The best Gynae. He helped me deliver my baby 6 years ago. I'm pregnant now, I don't want any other doctor, I want him please..

He is one of the diligent gynaes I ever came across. Delivered my baby with complications in 2010 but il never forget how helpful he was. I would recommend him to anyone close to Nelspruit
