NEVER will I ever use this company again! I will make sure that I warn people about them! They don't even deserve a 1-star. I requested their service as it was referred to me by a friend of mine. Immediately I had misplaced "trust" in them as it was a referral. They did arrive late and I had to phone to find out if they were still coming, but that was still okay. They unblocked the drain but made an absolute mess over my driveway. They said they need to charge more to clean it which didn't sit comfortably with me, but I accepted the additional amount. After the workers were finished under less than an hour, they asked if they can warm up food in my microwave which was odd, but I helped them. Then they stood around and sat in their van for nearly 45mins before they came to me with the job card that I needed to sign. As this was odd I took photos to proof the standing around. Photo attached - GSCID vehicle by the gate. They gave me a job card to sign for 2hours of work. When I did not sign for 2hours instead of 1hour they refused to change it to the correct 1hour and ALSO refused to leave my property. So much so that I had to call the police and GSCID before "Blessing", the guy that refused to leave my flat, decided he will call his manager. I spoke to AJ, who then asked Blessing to leave my premise. !This is unacceptable in so many ways! How have services in South Africa deteriorated to THIS??? Now I'm struggling to get an invoice from Drainmen to pay them for their services.Service: Drain cleaning
