JJ Lourens Plumbers

My geyser broke on Sunday and Outsurance contracted JJ Lourens Plumbing to come out to see what the problem was and to fix it. I was very anxious after reading all the negative reviews but I'm very satisfied with the work they did. Granted, their communication and time management needs a lot of work; and I'm sure if it wasn't for the Outsurance rep that hounded them, I'd still be without hot water. BUT, their technicians were very helpful and competent. They identified the problem quickly and the fix didn't take long either. I was especially impressed by the Moses' and Agrippa's professionalism. Moses clearly explained what the problem was and how they're fixing it. For the service we received from JJ Lourens Plumbing I give them 11 out of ten. They responded quick, arrived in or before time, quotation was reasonable and the results perfect. I highly recommend them.

I was happy with the overall service and expertise of the guy that came to replace our geyser 2 years ago, but while fixing a leak in our roof, my husband discovered that the old geyser was still up there... 2 years later. I thought the company that replaces the old geyser is also responsible for removing the old geyser? I distinctly remember the guy confirming that they will remove the old geyser. I guess not.
