This place is way out there into nature. The views on the way and at the resort are stunning. The hiking trails are fantastic. There is a hotel and time share self catering units. both great options. There is a buffet but it is not halal. There is lots to do in the resort and close to other exciting amenities. really nice place to go with the family.

Very welcoming staff, beautiful deco in the foyer. Really nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Breath taking views of the mountains. Few monkeys running around the place, but not harmful, interesting to watch. Really enjoyed the boat ride around the lake, saw some dassies on the rocks. The staff at the spa was absolutely friendly, kind and professional. Felt really relaxed after the treatment. Cold water pools and hot water pools available.

We didn't stay here but went there for their trails. We only had time to do the walk around the lake, it was too late to do the longer ones. The sunset and champagne castle view from the lake was stunning. Perfect place to get some drinks while enjoying the sunsetLocation: 5/5

I loved everything about the resort, they have a children’s facility and my son was there often and left me to have peace of mind and to recuperate from life’s demands! Monkeys came in each time wr left sliding doors open, but that was not a problem at all. The buffet was great too! The staff is friendly and my five days in the resort was filled with joy, happiness and peace! We are coming back again!

Absolutely loved the location. Very peaceful and tranquil. A lot to do as well. Well worth the visit. The attitude of the staff was not always consistent. Not a major concern and can be easily rectified.Rooms: 4/5

Beautiful resort. Vegetarian options for breakfast was a huge highlight because we were a group of 10 vegetarians. we stayed here mainly because of the nearby hikes... which we thoroughly enjoyed. due to the heavy rain falls, we were unable to cross some rivers, but that was part of the adventure. Food & drinks: Vegetarian options ....can we say Wow! totally unexpected cos we are always settling for Chips ... but to get soya for breakfast... that was a nice surprise.

Friendly staff, immaculate service, so much to do, good is excellent, it's clean as in spotless. Will definitely recommend it to everyone who needs a good break. Thank u to all the friendly staff that made us feel so welcome.Rooms: 5/5

The scenery is beautiful. The stay was not good at all. The bed quality is up to no standard. Housekeeping is incompetent. Quick to pass the blame. They leave the doors open and all hell breaks loose with the monkeys. Not happy at all. Not sure why our timeshare recommended this place.Rooms: 1/5

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort is clean and neat. Must say though, there is quite a bit of maintenance that needs to be done because this is after all a very old resort. There is also so much to do in the areaRooms: 5/5

Enjoyed our stay tremendously but the hotel restaurant really let's the place down.. service is slow if you get any at all and the food we got, however nice, it was cold in the middle.. leaving me to think my food was warmed and not prepared fresh. Accommodation was excellent everything works and is of good quality.
