Shocking experience at your La Lucia branch! Asked for a French dip manicure, with a base colour instead of clear. The therapist was inexperienced to say the least! She ended up making my skin bleed, as she was filing the dip coat. When manageress commented to her that the dip was patchy and should then perhaps do a gel layer over the dip, I pointed out that my skin is already bleeding and sooo sore and there was no French either. I was still charged I might add and asked to return once grown out. My name was not taken down and the therapist did not bother to even apologize I will definitely NEVER be returning!

Friendly staff. If getting gel nails done, check your nail shape and application at each step. Nail shaping was quite bad.

This was my first time . the service was poor . i was not consulted with colour. It was just put on. I hated the colour. Also the shape. No consult. They dont give u a colour chart etc. Not sure if this is how it is done as it was my first. Not again here.
