Our first visit to this branch of Fleur De Lis and we were impressed. The spa packages that they offer are varied and reasonable. The staff were very friendly and our therapists were on point. The massage treatment room was very small though, but we may just have been unlucky. I would recommend.

Lovely service from Sento and Ngcobile Had a great experience. Massage was deep and good. Therapists were very friendly and explained what they were going to do. Very caring to our needs.  Just felt a little rushed out of the room as they had to prepare it for other clients. Apart from that. Exceptional service

Serene and tranquil environment. Wonderful beauty therapists. Very attentive and the entire process was thoroughly explained. Always made sure that we were comfortable at every step of the way. Excellent service and will certainly go back. Can easily understand why they are fully booked. So book in advance to avoid missing out on an once in a life time opportunity.

Amazing service and they made my husbands birthday extra special with the signs and rose petals. Would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone looking for some quality time

What a fabulous morning I had at Fleur de Lis. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are welcoming. My massage and treatments were so relaxing, I couldn't have asked for better. Will definitely be back soon

The consultant followed up on my reservation. Professional  Relaxing ambience. Great price for the spa package & trading hours are convenient for those of us who would like to be pampered after a hard day's work

Warm and welcoming staff. Complimentary drinks on arrival. Therapy rooms cosy and well fitted out.  Thank you Fleur De Lis Spa for making my wife's 4oth birthday abit more special.  Highly recommended are therapists Khona and Andiswa. These ladies were amazing.  I've been too all the branches and the Umhlanga branch is par excellence.  Highly recommend.

The spa was amazing ..abit busy bt the staff was doing all their best.number 50 nd 30 were doing our treatment which ws absolutely amazing.

Always have the most relaxing time at any of the Fleur De Lis Spa....the staff are always helpful and accommodating.  Everything is neat and clean. The beds are warmed up, which is an added comfort. The ambiance is very peaceful.

Awesome Environment, amazing treatment! We really enjoyed it this time. Please maintain your standards!  The girls were amazing! Thank you so much!
