Must say it is the worst service / people I have ever had the opportunity working with. Requesting information for our medical practice was just a massive nightmare. As I am writing this after a day and a half I still do not have any reply / service. IT department is non existing! Staff is just not bothered to help!

Unfortunately this is the only option we have in Witbank. This practice opens at 8 am in the morning. I waited from 6.45 am in front of their doors to make sure I could be helped as soon as possible to able to be at work by 9 am. I was the first patient to enter at 8 am but I sat waiting until 8.50 am while all the patients who came after me was attended to. When I asked the receptionist if there was anything I did not complete giving reason for me to be waiting so long informing her I was the first patient and have been waiting since 6.45 her snotty reply was: “We only open at 8 am “ as if I did not know that ?? These people have not respect for their clients and their time and no courteously but treat those who pay their salaries with contempt and disrespect. Very bad customer treatment be warned!!

Second time that I had to deal with this practice and sadly it is still a very UNpleasant experience! I was sent from one unhelpful employee to another just to end up where I started with a rude and impatient Receptionist treating me like an inconvenience - No Customer service or even just being polite!
