Poor service. Waited from 9am to 2pm just to hear that we need to wait a little bit longer and a little bit longer just to get a letter to go test for COVID? Not impressed don’t go waste your time

Honestly i feel like the service is poor.. i arrived at 1pm and was told the doctor is on lunch therefore i advised that ill come back at 3pm.. The receptionist said its fine.. came back at 3pm and was told that the Doctor is not seeing anymore patients... Why have a closing time of 4:30pm yet refuse to see patients at 3pm nor allow patients to set up appointments?
Yhuuuuu, You wait forever to register & that's another time to see the DR.
Waiting times are too long. I've been here for 4 hours and that's shorter than the last time. Everything else is okay though.
