Du Plessis Home Brewery (DPHB) is an adventure, and adventure shared by people with one thing in common.. they all hold a love for beer. Over the next year or so a wonderful experiment will be conducted in the Du Plessis household. We will be attempting to create a beer by the people, for the people. a beer brewed with love and respect. We will be using entirely fresh ingredients which will be grown in the back garden of the du plessis residence. All cooking processes will take part in the du plessis. this will be an entirely home brewed beer. but more than that it will be an awesome beer, a timeless beer, a beer that will make those spineless SAB execs shake in there profiteering boots.. i hope this works
