Waverley Business Park

The Waverley Building was sold to a private school namely School Of Hope. The staff are excellent. Professional and very dedicated. There are very much discipline practice there. Learners are very well mannered.

I am a tenant at a unit here and it has been an awful experience. The body corporate and other relevant powers that be exist solely to extort decent rent paying tenants through utterly unreasonable fines and rules, and have made living here a regrettable decision. I would suggest looking elsewhere for accommodation.

Good for office space, very limited parking, I always park outside on the road, but many small businesses is housed there and lots of offices.

Extensive business park. Several buildings over a large area. Finding parking for your car can be an issue, but usually the security can make a plan for you.
