I love the vibe in M5 Park !! The fun starts with the 2 security guards at the entrance. They are friendly, funny and professional. What a pleasure. I have only been there to Eagle and the sewing machine place, but am looking for an excuse to go back !!

In the context of our business, the overall location of the M5 Park is great. The security staff are alert and friendly, and the general cleanliness of the premises is well-maintained. However, there are NO rubbish bins except for the wheel-bins that collect the waste from the whole Park and that are behind a wooden door away from easy access for all... this is a bit annoying.
The service is quick. If it is your first time there, people are willing to help you with everything.
The service once you get inside is relatively quick, however, waiting in a line for a collection of an order placed online without any communication from Herbalife staff as to progress etc is unacceptable. This was not a pleasant experience. The previous time I had come to collect, after half an hour of waiting we were simply told that we can wait in line, but most likely will not be served as they close the doors strictly at 17:00. We were told this at 16:00, so once again an incredibly long wait. I understand that lockdown has caused things to be slow, but there are ways to make this easier for clients and to at least provide some communication.
