I went booked a session in September, the address was incorrect, the shooting range is in Bo-Kaap and not Paarden eiland. But the experience was wonderful, the instructor, Toni, was very helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend the place! They must just change the address on google
Very disappointing, the address on the website and invoice was incorrect. When we made a booking the owner never gave us the correct address. Please update the address on the website or when people make their bookings. We ended up cancelling our appointment, cause when we phoned to confirm the address the owner gave us attitude.
Worst service... Make arrangements and they don't stick to it, drove all the way there, wasted my petrol and time. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
I read people saying AJs Running Guns is unprofessional but after you've met him I think you would disagree. We made the mistake of not going to the right address but he waited for us at the range and on a public holiday he was polite, pleasant and welcoming. My wife, has never been near firearms, was very nervous but AJ was patient and reassuring. An awesome experience with a great assortment of guns. I would advise people to be patient as it is a one man operation but I highly recommend it so plan ahead and read the instructions, unlike us...
DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CLOWNS!!! Booked to buy ammo twice and arranged a time ahead of time. Both times there was no one there! Pathetic! Drove there twice!!! Waste our time and petrol. Incompetent clowns!!!! Boycot !!!
The experience was great. Communicating was a bit tough but I realised it’s one person running the show, so he replies when available. The range is in military point and he sends a location pin a day before. But the experience was so amazing.
Don't worry about standing in the sun for an hour getting a safety briefing, because there is close to none. Super fun firing four different guns and learning as you go, with a very laid back feel.
Me and my wife both paid for our competency materials and after struggling the for entire 2019 to get an appointment I'm finally done with this place. One time the lady at the front desk gave us a date and then the morning we arrived, the place was closed after me and my wife both had to put in a leave day. Every time the lady at the front desk said she would contact me, she never did. Wasted all that money and time. Could've been competent and have a firearm by now
Worst experience ever!!!! These people have too much on their plate and they make promises they cannot deliver. I hope you reading this review will think twice before using them! They are clowns and NOT professional at all!!! Amatures! They will waste your time and money!
Stop, save your money and effort. Do not book these guys. Complete waste of effort. I repeat, stop and maybe find an alternative business for service.
