I really love this hotel. This is the only hotel in Cape Town where I felt right at home. The service was amazing. Everyone was so helpful. You feel that the help is always a call away without it also feeling like you’re always running into people. I loved my room, the food at Thirty7 and the exercise facilities. I’m definitely coming back for the Spa.
Well located in the city and within walking distance of where I needed to be. Excellent and attentive service. Breakfast is good - the hot food is very basic and nothing to really rave about. I was a bit disappointed with what was on offer. The rest of the breakfast choices of cereals, fruits and pastries were great. For dinner I had the chicken pea curry - very tasty but the choice of rice used was not complimentary to the curry dish. The berry dacquiri cocktail gets a thumbs up I wanted to use the hairdryer in the room and was very concerned with the cleanliness. It was grubby and had a thick layer of dirt and dust on it and was quite gross to touch. I opted not to use the hairdryer. For the rest, the room was lovely and overall my experience was good.
The rooms on the executive floor are fully updated, upgraded, well decorated, and with all the amenities that you would want in a modern high rise hotel. the floor to ceiling windows showcase Capetown city lights and waterfront. The bathroom is equipped with rain shower and a luxurious soaking tub. Lastly the welcome and staff was absolutely amazing leaving a welcome note and a Box of assorted tasty goodies to meet me when I check in well done Western Cape Town!!
The location, service and the rooms are just perfect! The attention to detail in the rooms is remarkable. Everything you need in the room is thought out and this is what makes Westin great. The gym is quite large for a hotel and has everything you need and most importantly, incredible views of Cape Town. The breakfast buffet is impressive and you get to order eggs as you like them and the hot drinks served as you wish: tea, cappuccino, latte...you will have it!!!
Great hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff and many amenities. Gym is small but open 24 hour. Breakfast is tasty. It is also well located, not far from the V&A around 20 to 15 mins walk. Definitely will stay in here again if we come to Cape Town.
Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very genuine, friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Close to waterfront with access to entertainment, restaurants and tourist attractions. Would highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
We had a rough encounter with the clerk before arrival but Managment did a great job handling everything. Staff was amazing and the room was immaculate. I would have rated 5 stars but issues and rudeness of clerk and we had issues getting ice to the room. Had to call 5 times.
The location is central, with great views all around. Service is excellent and the rooms are spacious and well fitted. Gym is a bit small, but is well equipped. Restaurant food is good, eith a good breakfast selection.Rooms: 5/5
Very pretty hotel with all the amenities you can wish for. Especially Jeanne at the Front Office was so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay here.
Unforgettable. In every way. Really person care. Thoughtful, present and dedicated. Utterly central with service that matches hotels across the world. Thank you Sam and Ash from 37. Thank you thank you for making my friend feel so special on an important day! Rooms: Great rooms. Extra safe. Nearby activities: Everything in CT life happens near the city. Great location to use as a base. Safety: Access to each floor entrance by tag. So no random visitors popping up to the floor for a chat. Walkability: Really close. But Uber is here, why walk? Food & drinks: 37 had the best steak I've had. Ever. Period.
