Lovely family business, with all members involved and friendly. Efficient service, both cutting keys and changing/ fixing locks. Good follow up. Unfortunately, my opinion has changed. After years of good service, I asked for a quote on some lock changes and repairs, found the quote a bit high and asked for a revised one. Despite many reminders, it never came, so I go elsewhere now. What a shame!

Very negative experience. I'd avoid this company. Khanyiso from Dumani cancelled the appointment without informing us. I've contacted a different provider who understands customer service.
