I ordered and paid for 2 boquets but only 1 was received After I notified the florist of the mistake they sent a second bouquet the next day and an extra little boquet of roses to apologize for the mistake. I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service! I ordered some moms day flowers from the UK at the last minute moms day is celebrated earlier over here and they were amazingly accommodating and answered any questions very promptly. My mom LOVED her bouquet. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to local and international customers.

Thank you Durban Florist for your incredible personal service. I ordered sitting in jhb - two large complicated hampers on Wednesday for my Daughter in Durban. They were delivered first thing Thursday morning. My daughter was blown away with the packages, so professionally wrapped, and looked BEAUTIFUL ! She didnt want to open it haha. Lize you are a star and so approachable and easy to get hold of ! Unlike most companies today ! I highly commend you on your fabulous business you run .....you will go far with such personal service. What my partner and I ordered and what was received was 2 completely different items. According to the picture that we chose the arrangement was big and unusal. What was recived was roses in a pot plant holder the picture shows a beautiful clear vase , a mini mini teddy bear when I say mini, i mean a miniature mini , 1 small heart chocolate and a mini card. The teddy bear has little "wool"like bites coming out. It would of been better if the card, it would have been better if there were no card attached, whoever wrote in the card clearly had NO idea how to write and the card did not have my personal message, it had a really silly generic kind of hand written I think a 2 year could write bettet card. I do wish I could upload pictures of what I was given opposed to what was ordered. My point is , if you were unable to deliver what i ordered, I should of been notified as the arrangement received was extremely disappointing.

Thanks to Lizé and the gang at Durban Florist my partner received his delicious Man Crate this morning for his birthday today.
