Shocking! We placed an order for mother's day and payed in full, Mark promised to deliver by 12 noon, however even by later that evening and after numerous promises from Mark, the bouquet of flowers to date is still undelivered. Really disappointing, our mom hadnt received her mother's day flowers. Mark still isn't responding to our calls and messages, steer clear from this business.

Did not deliver my mother's day gift, avoiding my calls and I paid him. A thief, do not trust this guy. I am in the process of reporting him to the authorities.

Mark Ruthnum is a conman, I paid into his personal account and then he ignored my calls, he never delivered the flowers on Mothers day as promised, Ive had no choice but to lodge a fraud dispute as he makes excuses to give me a refund.

Pathetic service. Lots of promises but doesn’t deliver and does not respond. I ordered yellow roses and lillies with baby breath for my Uncle’s funeral and got pink roses and chrysanthemums
