Shocking service. Took my mother of 94 to try renew her Sassa card. They had no sympathy for her age and made her wait from 10 until 2 pm and still did not sort it out.
Is the telephone number still valid as no one answers, although the post office is open
Does not offer vehicle licence renewals. What a shame now that the pick n pay hyper post office has been closed. However, there is a Postnet at hyper that charges a services fee of R280 for licences. I went to red Hill post office which was fortunately not too busy at 111am.

poor service phone lines dont work and if it works there is no answer trying for nearly 3 weeks now to get my parcels and no one can help its pathetic
I called and no response... Called multiple times and they put on 'line busy'...
Service very bad due to all other post offices closed due to covid. Does not matter what time u stand in que it is very slow and no sympathy for staff they just turn u away when they feel the line is long instead of getting more tellers .
been trying for 4 weeks to collect a parcel. Either can't get in due to social grants or if i can manage to get in nobody can give me information as to where my parcel is, i just get told to come back repeatedly.
