Redhill Post Office

Very impressed with the excellent service. On arrival, an effecient gentleman ensured that everyone's documentation was in order. At 9h00 on a Saturday, there were about 5 people ahead of me. I was out with my licence in less than 15 minutes. In addition to your proof of address and identity documents, ensure that you carry cash.

Although clients arrived at 16h15, they were not allowed into the post office and it is in my estimation that there were approximately 8 people in the post office. Calls to the Branch, Area and Regional Managers were unanswered. It was later brought to my attention that the post office closes at 16h00 because of Covid19. What was strange is that the notice had been altered and was facing the inside of the post office. Common logic should dictate that if you want to inform people arriving after 16h00, the notice should be visible to them. One of the personnel who addressed us was rude and obnoxious.

I was at this post office at 2:30pm for licence renewal for my mum. I was told that the renewals was closed and that I must come back tomorrow at 8am. Is this really the kind of service rendered to people in the community. Mind you, this was the second time that I have tried to renew car licence

Waited 2 hours to renew vehicle license although i was 6th in the queue. Couldn't understand what took the cashier so long. Pathetic place.

Excellent service. Went in the morning at 9am on a Monday to renew a motor vehicle licence. Was a 5 minute wait. Staff were helpful and assisted promptly.

But aircons are not working. However, they placed the queuing chairs outside so people can atleast get the natural air.

What awesome service from Zamani, Victor & team. They checked all documents whilst in the queue & was very polite

This place needs to change their times and be specific. Got there at 16:15 and the security told mr the license disc renewal section was closed yet the post office itself was open. Is that how all post offices with license disc renewals sections as he says operate?

very poor service, no customer care or attention. you get the feeling that the staff are just going with the flow with little or no care, this is from the experience I have had with the staff I engaged with. Just shrug your shoulders and move on I guess,
