Customers be aware !! As a longstanding client was not treated well when inquiring about booking tariff which i found excessive and inquired about. I am personally disappointed and wille definitely reconsider my my decisions in future. What if there was something else that was wrong, would i also have been treated that they don’t care and don’t need me s client at all. Since i am a special needs person , i have difficulty in walking the “new company” has offered to pick me up at departures unlike i had to battle with dynamic to drop me close to the lifts entering the terminal. You lost me as a client but probably wont miss me at all.
I have used Dynamic airport parking 3 times. The first time all was well, the second time someone broke my air vent in the car. The 3rd time my front window was cracked and no one bothered to let me know. I tried to get hold of someone for 3 days and all that they could say was that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing!!! I will not be using your service again.
Terrible service. Never use them! Took my car and received it back dirty like it was parked under a tree and with scratches on the roof and bonnet. No responsibility for their negligence and made me wait for my car after calling them in advance. Driver was also speeding when arriving to the parking lot. Worst parking service ever.
One of the worst services I've ever encountered. Not only were they an hour late returning my boyfriend's car, but they also drove it 40kms further than they should have. When confronted about this shocking service, they were unbelievably rude, and took absolutely no responsibility. Shame on you.
Waited more than an hour for our vehicle, took them more than a half hour to find our vehicle at their parking lot. The lady lied and told us the vehicle is on the way when i could see on my tracker that the car has not been started. Terrible experience! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!
They advise you to call when you land. I did that. They advise that they will be a few minutes and you should go to the parking 3H. You then wait for 40 mins in an ice cold parking lot. They are very unprofessional and could easily ask you to wait where it's warm. But they don't care
Got my car back damaged. Michele director completely unhelpful and unapologetic. They fraudently marked up the damage on my car after I had signed. STAY AWAY!
I would give them zero. But you get a star, for giving my car back. Be prepared to wait , even if you call +30 minutes earlier, you still will wait. Then , they promise to wash and vacuum your car, but that doesn't happen. Got my car as is. Really terrible service. Don't waist your money . Or time.
Over an hour late to drop off my car. 40kms extra driven in my car and all denied by the owners. Criminal organization.
We had a horrible experience with Dynamic Parking also known as Looking 4 Parking.com. They kept us waiting for almost an hour for our car on our return. We tried calling them several times and they didn't answer our call. They didn't valet the car as promised and even after keeping us waiting for as long they didn't even apologize. Never use these people!
