Excellent experience, as always. Nothing is too much trouble and Rob Wood, who sold me the car, has been in contact with me since I purchased my car! I have driven a number of car brands over the years, but the customer experience provided by Ford has exceeded all expectations and is far superior.
My experience at Eagle Ford was an incredible one. Sergio was very warm and welcoming when I just did a walk in and from the onset he was super professional and nothing was too much of an ask. My vehicle was handed over to me with insightful knowledge and true professionalism. Sergio is a stupendous individual who values his job and is a go to guy to get any vehicle in this dealership. 5 Stars to Sergio and the Eagle Ford Family!!

After paying R8470 The car had to be towed by AA out of the dealership to another mechanic who noted that the things that Ford said they fixed where not fixed. One example, the said they did a major service but the filter was worn, broken and shredded on the sides. We went back to raise concerns, they refused to open the car and look at the things we were referring to. I am disappointed at the shear disregard for me and my family's safety; and the blatant robbery.
Jason's service offering was outstanding. He offered me an end to end solution for the purchase of my new vehicle to the trade-in. I will definitely be in contact with him on my next upgrade for my Wildtrack later in the year. He is a cheerful and persistent sales representative.
We are so greatful to the team at Eagle Ford. My family and I experienced the highest level of professionalism, I can also confirm that they go the extra mile. We had some issues with trading in our vehicle in order to aquire another one and Obi went above and beyond to get the issue resolved with our previous dealership. They don't just sell cars but offer a whole experience, even the business Manger was absolutely awesome. What a solution orientated team! The handing over of of our car to us by Russel made us feel special, also the gentleman that was washing it did a stunning job. As a mother of four, this was a good buy and the kids love it.
