You will find a nice second repositioned vehicle. Take your time and browse around trust me you won't regret.
You will struggle to get your deposit back. There is nowhere on their website that states you should request your deposit back. When you enquire about it they will ask if you have requested it. They act more like charlatans, I mean what if one dies after bidding and no one knows you have participated in an auction, where does my money goes? They should automatically reverse deposits like other auctioneers. One is subjected to filling forms and provisions of FICA documents before one gets it back and that's not stated anywhere.
Megastore for cars. If you are looking to buy a used car for personal or business at wholesale/auction price. This would be the place to visit and they have a variety of cars and you will shop until your heart is content. Service is great but do your homework before buying especially premium brands.
Guys BEWARE this company has no ethics or morals and does not value its clients. Well what can one expect from used car salesmen, I thought this crowd was different but was pleasantly surprised when they misappropriated about R10k of my money that was held as a deposit. Management seems to be egomaniacal. I find it absolutely disgusting to skim money from the disadvantaged to feed the affluent.
Defin bargains to be had. High miles for the budget conscious, as well as low mileage ex-rental cars at below retail.
One can get a good bargain on a used car. A in most auctions cars are sold voetstoots so a bit of vehicle knowledge puts one at an advantage.
Expensive cars and you will battle to get your deposit back if you didn't bid. 27 phone calls later and being put on hold too many times to count.According to there documents you need to wait plus minus 5 working days for your refund. I waited a month which isn't such a big problem but I just wish they could communicate with you. No customer service and terrible admin.Rather go with there competitors-Tirhani Auctioneers.Bought a car there. Much better service
