Phoned in, asking for certain clothing. Some were not available. I asked the lady can't they order, and she said yes, she would call me back. She didn't even ask for my number. When I asked on which number she would phone me back, she dropped the call. I really find this type of behavior unacceptable, considering the amount of money I have spent in that store. The reason I asked if the stock was available was because I travel from Meyerton to Alberton and didn't want to arrive there, and they didn't have stock. In the future, I will rather drive 10km further to get decent service. I'm very disappointed.
worst display of customer service I have seen in my life. the staff act as if you are bothering them if you ask for assistance. I would rather drive to randburg. service is excellent there. Alberton should rather do itself a favour and stop pretending to be a retail store
All the employees are so welcoming and willing to help. Beautiful clothing. And if there are issues with size they will exchange it. You can even place orders. I am so impressed. Such an enjoyable experience.
I'm A Really tall guy so it's nice to have a place that actually has sizes that fit and not only that the quality is really excellent and the range is good the staff are friendly and very eager to help aswell.
i have only received very good service , always more than willing to be of assistance. very friendly and help full. on my way there now , to buy some more
New Market use to be a very friendly store. They would go out of their way to assist. I am really upset with the service I have received the last few times
They usually do not have stock of sizes you require, even when asking. Been 3x in the past month and each time i was told, will get stock in next week.
Lee and the team are amazing. It's always a pleasure dealing with the New Market team.
My sizes is there and what i needed although expensive is good quality
ladies were very helpful and pleasant
