Great Spur. Good food. Good service. Good people. Lovely kids playing area.
I received the worst service ever on Sunday morning. I waited to be seated almost 10 minutes while 3 staff members looked at me and continued being on their phones all huddled up. Ended up settling for a takeaway because of how terrible the treatment was. This is extremely disappointing because it was first thing in the morning when people should be on their A-game! The food was horrible as well. I had gotten the breakfast with steak- the steak was undercooked and the mushrooms tasted like they were from the previous day- not fresh at all.
This Spur was just the worst today, we came to have lunch here sent our kid to the play area and the helper refused to give him an arm tag, unfortunately for her we were sitting at the window and watched what she was doing to the kids - she gave tags to all the kids and totally ignored him! She put tags on kids arms that had just arrived and everyone one else - when I confronted her she tells me she didn’t see him but helped kids that just arrived what is going on in a world where the childminders treat children unfairly this was just too much when I spoke to her she tells me I just arrived from lunch and then the lies now she doesn’t know who arrived first she just got here from lunch what rubbish I was watching her…. Sorry for the manager that had to hear my complaint but be in my child or any child I will not tolerate kids being treated badly!!!! Did child minder Spur should employ someone else……the food was good and the manager and waiter great but show did my blood boil!!!!!
Good old Spur experience! Great food and lovely service. Fantastic play facilities. It's a bit crazy how expensive it has gotten, but that's a reflection on the economy and not the franchise.Food: 5/5
Brilliant staff, always friendly and on point in terms of listening and execution of orders. The kitchen staff cook your meals to your perfect requirements always each visit food is consistent and tasty. All round one of the best Spurs in the area and my preference.
This has got to be the best Spur. The staff were fantastic. The food was very good and the play areas for the kids of all ages were awesome. There are play areas for young kids and teenagers. There is also a nice outdoor seated area.

We were pleasantly welcomed by the manager, Brian - he even exchanged a high-five with our son We received excellent service from Paulina, from start to finish. We all enjoyed our meals. My son even scored a goodies bag. Before leaving, my son had a few minutes in the play area The restaurant is kept clean.
