Absolutely disgusting service!!!booked a return bus last night from jbh the bus was 1hr 45minutes late..called the call center numerous time left what's app messages and it was read by the intercity what's app line however there was no reply..I was stranded and afraid..awaiting a bus that I wasn't sure if it was ever coming..when we the bus eventually came I asked the driver why were you late his response 'call the call center and ask them 'truely unhappy. I paid alot for this ticket
2 hours late, bus was in a terrible condition, bus smells disgusting, broken seats, driver speeds as if he is driving a taxi from Pretoria to Durban. Do not use this bus service please you will regret it.
In the early stages of my trip. The bus is leaking and the rain is coming. The regular driver is not driving at the moment, there's another driver very unfriendly and unhelpful. None of the phone chargers are working. Third trip in a row where the condition of the bus is shoddy. In today's economic climate customer should be king. Not amused. I travel every 2nd month between Gauteng and KZN. I am considering travelling by car and sharing the expense with a friend. As of today the 25th January 2022, I have never heard from them again, I did an enquiry earlier this month, they were very slow in responding and to boot, had no bus back for the date I required and they said I must keep trying!!!! I never went to Amanzimtoti. Very bad service.
This is theee most horrible travel experience I've ever encountered. Can you people respect us please, wash your busses, service your bus , most importantly follow the covid protocol, very bad service I must say.
My journey to OR Tambo Airport with Intercity Express was horrible to say the least! The driver of the coach made a number of unauthorized stops which resulted in me and my wife missing our flight to Cape Town. The bus was scheduled to arrive OR Tambo Airport at 04.30 but at 05.20 the bus still in Benoni. The driver also stopped in the middle of nowhere, where he off loaded a number 25Litres in to a white Toyota Quantam. I would like my complaint to get urgent attention and would like to be reimbursed for the cost I have accurd these far!!
Bad service from whatsap assistant, buses are always late.. we got stuck at petrol station because the card declined, we had to wait hours for another driver to come. service is just bad.. not again.. I wouldn't recommend anyone
They have promised that I will have to watch a movie on the way, but the screen was off together with the music, I had to ask people share videos and music on my phone. But the ride was good. The driver was driving good.
The worst experience of my life never ever use those buses. It's definitely good for their prices.
Picked up an elderly gentleman at Montrose stop after he was stranded there by this bus service. Tried numerous times to contact the company but no answer at all. Gentleman is worried as his luggage is on the bus but customer service is seriously lacking in the company. Even sent emails and no response.
