A ticket booked for R670. Problem 1. Bus had no toilet facilities or charging points. Problem 2. Bus driver aware of faulty bus, says and does nothing. Problem 3. Bus breaks down, left passengers stranded in a very unsafe location. Problem 4. No back up plan or assistance for 7 hours. What was meant to be a 6 hour trip from Durban turned out to be almost 24 hours. Problem 5.Disgusting assistance from customer service. Your company is a disgrace
The bus was 2 hours and 30 minutes late, worse part is that it was raining and there was no shelter at the pick up point. Inside the bus there was an awful smell plus it was very dirty, and also can you guys get back to were you guys were placing passengers according to the tickets number. Hopefully such issues can be fixed because we were really enjoying using greyhound
Greyhound use to be the best back in the day but not they are not anymore. The staff seem to have no training resulting in bad customer service. Not to mention their call centre people, after I had been on one of their buses which was 2hr30mins late and an hour into our trip, the bus caught alight, I think the engine must have busted starting the fire. When I decided to claim for things I had lost in the fire, the customer service lady told me that I have to think for the company because they just a bus. What about my life? Clearly this bus doesn’t care about the safety of their passengers. A lawsuit is needed here!
This is the most annoying service I have ever received.. I have been using this bus for a while now and I have been getting so much rubbish service but I ignored because I just like the bus . But today is the end I will never use this bus again. My bus was 11:45 am and this is 14:21 and nothing as been said about the bus and some people trying to ask the staff on duty question there is one very skinny one she is so rude always squeezing her face … at this point I am thinking of forgetting the ticket and going to another station to buy a fresh one as no one here cares about their passengers…
Horrible . That one start is because I got from point A to point B. Every time I’m on the bus, I have conversations with massagers who regret using it. Yesterday the bus had roaches allllll over. Everywhere you looked. I had to constantly take them off of my body. The bus like usual arrived more than 2 hours late. I was suppose to arrive at about 8pm and I only reached my destination at 12am, MIDNIGHT. Totally unsafe and inconvenient. I payed 580 for that. They don’t maintain these buses because it also broke down and had issues so we made a stop at a garage. Horrible.
Honestly I want to give it a zero. 1. I paid for greyhound premium and i got cityliner instead. 2. Buss was delayed and overbooked, 6 people were left behind. 3. No charging ports, 4. Seats don't recline. 5. No air-conditioning. I was so happy to see that greyhound was back now i wished it stayed gone.
Last week Thursday we booked waited 2hours for the bus on our way the bus breaks down at escourt waited for like over 2 hours we reached PMB around 2 in the morning couple of our luggage ws missing up till today they cannot find it and the driver did not put tags worst service ever
Came to drop off a friend. They said "Pick up 6:00". It's 7:00 now and their phone number doesn't work. Sitting outside Tropicana Hotel waiting. Terrible service, looks like my friend lost his money.
Extortion, fraudsters, poor service. Urine-sticking bus from Durban to Johannesburg. greyhound bus ticket to being seated in the citiliner. The bus booked for 22:00 left at midnight. Guys do not ever book this bus. Let go of the illusion of the greyhound brand, it's become a scam. Our bus was at 22:00 from Durban to Johannesburg for greyhound premium. they overbooked the bus like always, and forced us to get into the city liner, while we paid for greyhound premium, the bus was smelling of urine, the toilets were not even working, the chairs were dirty, and the staff did not care that we did not have space in the bus we booked for and we were waiting for an hour to end up getting into a bus that cost half the price we paid for and smelling of urine. We were eventually seated in the urine-smelling bus to end up leaving. customer care was telling passengers about terms and conditions, what a joke.
Worst service ever!!! Bus delays without any explanation or whatsoever.Paid for a hreyhound ticket only for an eldo coach to arrive dirty and smelling. Using this bus is definitely not worth it and a worst of money. Never using it again.
