THE WORST SERVICE i HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! Ordered on the 28th November 2019. Paid immediately! 12/12/2019 today, been given 4 different delivery dates and still nothing! I have to constantly phone for feedback and then be fed lies upon lies! First they had stock take on black friday, which is not true as the sales lady contacted me when I registered online to place an order. Then there were stationery still outstanding which by the way I was told last week by A....a they have ordered it from JHB and it takes 3-4 days - again lies I was told I will have it Tuesday 9 December waited and nothing arrived by Thursday 12 December I had to contact head office only to have to phone back again for feedback. Eventually spoke to the Branch Manager only to be told they delivered the parcel to the school which by the way is closed already!!!!! more lies!!!!! Then order specifically had the delivery address on! This is why people would rather pay more somewhere else. I finally get it now! Sorry for ever arguing that fact.
Best stationery company in Durban. Awesome experience. Best customer service with highly efficient staff and excellent prices. Do give them a try for all your stationery and office requirements.
Always happy to help but the admin and logistics is a bit of a nightmare.
