I dropped my car for service and unfortunately I forgot my wallet in the car. Someone stole my money. I called about three times to let them know I had forgotten my wallet , the guy said he will check the wallet but never called me back. When I collected the car he did indicate that the wallet is in the car but to my dismay my money was stolen. I am so disappointed!!
I recently had a rather frustrating experience with Eastvaal Motor City, specifically with the Renault Sales Manager, Anna Maria van der Mescht. While I initially had high hopes for a smooth transaction and excellent customer service, I was left disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome. The primary issue revolved around the delay in receiving my new vehicle's license disk and the unauthorized modification of the temporary permit that resulted in a traffic fine. Despite my repeated attempts to address these concerns with Anna Maria, the matter was not adequately resolved. I was promised proof of payment for the traffic fine, but unfortunately, it was never provided. This lack of follow-through and failure to provide necessary documentation was deeply disappointing. Though I must acknowledge that Anna Maria did take some actions to rectify the situation, her responses and actions fell short of fully addressing my concerns. While she assured me that the license plates and license disk were in order, it took an unreasonable amount of time and effort on my part to get the situation resolved. Furthermore, there was a lack of transparency and communication throughout the process, leaving me feeling frustrated and uncertain. It is worth mentioning that Anna Maria did express regret for the inconvenience caused and promised to sort out the traffic fine. However, considering the ongoing delays and lack of accountability, left me utterly frustrated. Overall, my experience with Eastvaal Renault and Anna Maria van der Mescht was less than satisfactory. The lack of timely and effective communication, coupled with unresolved issues regarding vehicle documentation and the traffic fine, has left me with a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction. I hope that future customers will have a smoother experience, but I cannot recommend Eastvaal Renault based on my personal encounter. EDIT: After more than a month of back-and-forth between me and the dealer, the fine was cancelled by the traffic department, and proof of this was received. However the overall lack of customer service still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

A simple way to put it is this is a fraudulent dealer. They are purely scamming the public and they make sure your reviews are removed from platforms like Hello Peter. I got seriously scammed, sold a car that turns out to have been in an accident while they claimed it hasn't been. To this day they claim they'll send me the AA report - they cannot seem to get around to it. It's been over a year. Frauds!
In overall a pleasant and satisfactory experience. Only problem is lack of parking space
We received the best service from Boitumelo at Haval Witbank. She is frendly, professional, helpful, answered all our questions, updated us thru the process and made us feel at home, even after our car was delivered she still stay in touch. If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle HAVAL WITBANK is the place to go. Thanks Boitumelo for the excellent service you are awesome not even 5 stars give you justice .

Stop looking down on the Japanese and Chinese models, the technology is out of this world. Check out the Proton, Cherry, Haval models you won't regret
People is very untrue. The person in-charge think customers are stupid If you do not know what is going on don't lie to your customer The rest can be fallowed on Hello Peter. For a service from Peugeot this sucks. This is only 1/4 of my complains.
