This seems to be an extremely poor customer centric dealership. I need to collect my new car tomorrow and the sales person have me running around doing all her work. She asked me to arrange insurance. The insurance requested an invoice and waited for her. She WhatsApp me at 7:20pm saying she has not received confirmation. I asked her the entire week to have it sorted and it’s still not been done. It’s now 12:13am as I’m writing this post. I’m extremely disappointed in this dealership. They even signed a document on my behalf fraudulently. Extremely poor service.

I recieve a 5 star service from the service department manager and staff. They arrange for my vehicle to be collected for repair work to be done as a result of a sparkplug that failed. I report the failure on Friday, the vehicle was collected on Saterday and I recieved my vehicle back on Tuesday. They kept me posted on status of the repair work. Ken and his team did excellent on ensuring that the client recieve the best service.

Excellent service all the time

Always good and quick service. Was very efficient in assisting me today. It is just with after services, because of the location, one retrieve your car in the road. Doesn't feel good, even though a security guard is around.

Great service very friendly people

This garage has cost me many aggravations in the past years. They do not answer their phone. they also cost me and my company dearly on revenue. Just got my wife's Triton back from a service, with a cut and a burn mark on the driver's seat. Try to call, but no answer. Never again.

I wasn't impressed with the service I received.
