Very nice hardware, with more stuff which support my electrical business

Very poor service,best part trading hours for Sunday close at 12pm. Store doors were closed at 11.40 staff at the door had attitude when ask your time shows 12pm.

Good to just pop in and get a few items, if you know where to find it. Staff not very helpful or knowledgeable.

Pathetic service, waited 30 mins for someone to help with paint despite asking for help no one could find anyone.

I visited Laudium branch recently in October, a few times for paint. Was referred to a lady by the name of Sharon.She was clearly busy on a personal call on her cell phone and I had to wait for approx 10 minutes before being attended to.Really really poor service!!!!!

First experience and it was the best, fast and flawless customer service. The prices are great too

Needed a specific tile which is over 14 years old... what do you know...they had it in stock...I only needed 2 instead of a whole box. A sales lady obliged and sold me just the 2 I needed as samples. I'll definitely be supporting them again.

Poor service. Staff is rude and arrogant.. I reached at 11:50am on Sunday 23-Feb-2020, Exactly 10 minutes before closing. The doors were already closed, even there was no closing sign board on entrance. The whole staff were inside helping customers. I requested several times security guard to open entrance door nicely but he denied. He screamed and said it's my own time. I can not open for you even still 10 minutes are there. After 5 minutes I got chance to go in. I asked staff to help me return wrong stock but everyone said big NOOO. "We can not help you". Sales person , credit control person, reception all these people denied and said come tomorrow. We can not help you. Even credit control lady left his counter before 5 minutes at 11:55, went out and sat in his car so I should not talk to her. She was very rough n rude. I will never prefer to buy from such hardware shop again. I hope owner or.manager of this hardware shop read this comment and take responsibility to question in future.
