Very poor service!! Staff on the floor are always very helpful and friendly but one of the managers that had to put my order to was too busy on his phone with a private call the entire 40min, he didn't even bother to complete my order that only he could help with. Said at 7:50 that as soon as power came back at 8 they will invoice, waited patiently for 30min, just to found out they haven't even started their computer system yet. He was on the call the entire time, other customers also had to wait and this happened to my husband a couple of times as well. Its really terrible, then when I wanted to pay the other items, the swipe machines didn't work. Cash only. No going back there again

Sent my wife to Timbercity to get me 300mm shelving and 100mm kick plate. Came back: ”Timbercity is useles”. Firstly I almost had to beg for assistance. No shelving in stock. Kick plate in 4m length, asked if they would cut it for transportation purposes and they refused.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! We ordered cupboards from them, when we went to collect we saw they got the order wrong. It took us an hour to explain to them that the order was wrong. We wanted a refund and the manager said that we can't get a refund on the doors because it had to be cut for the cupboard. The manager then said that they'll get new boards cut to correct the problem and we can collect on Monday. When we phoned on Tuesday the lady that helped us originally said we can come and collect and that everything is ready. She implied that it was our fault that the order was wrong and she was very rude over the phone. I arrived there early before work to collect and everything wasn't ready AGAIN!!!! Wouldn't recommend at all!!! Waiting forever to get any assistance and when you do, they are rude and incompetent!!!

The rating is not a reflection on the quality of the products or the accuracy of the cutting of the boards we requested, because that was good, it's just the general feeling of the store. You get the feeling that nobody actually wants to help, and when you do get assistance, the service is so slow. But on two occasions we went to cut boards, the first time we went we arrived at 08:00 and only received the boards at 12:00, and in the second occasion we explicitly and multiple times requested that we can't collect the boards on the weekend, if we can collect it first thing Monday morning. Arrive Monday morning, boards haven't been cut. Which forced me to take time of work to collect them during later that day. A minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

Customer service is terrible. Struggle to get a quotation from Ana and she does not answer her phone, eventually had to drive there to get a quotation. They don't even know what type of saw they use to cut their wood. Changes need to be made.

They are quite helpful fast customer service straight to the point gives u more information about what u need and Also go the extra mile to make sure customers are well

If I could give no stars, I would. There was no staff to provide a service. We waited for 30 minutes walking up and down the aisles to see if anyone was available. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anybody.
