At first I thought we had the wrong room… The sliding door was off it’s hinges, the bedding was torn, the walls are paper thin so we could hear the other room’s conversations. We booked for 6 nights but on the 5 night we came back and our door was open, the sliding door was wide open and all our luggage was gone. We went to the reception and they were not being helpful. We told hem our problem and they just stared at us like we were supposed to get our luggage back ourselves. Apparently there was a large group of people who cancelled their trip and, even though we booked privately, they cleared out the room without asking us because they thought we were apart of that large group. They didn’t even find it odd how all our luggage was there and our wallets, my laptop, the phone chargers were just sitting there but they still put it in a storage room. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
I would never advise any one to book this place especially in this loadshedding. They have no alternative of solar or whatsoever. The staff is unprofessional and not helpful at all. The rooms need maintenance. Some things need fixing such as toilet seats and showers taps. We asked for a different room we got the worst were the plugs don't even work properly to charge. I'm not coming back to this Hotel I'm fed up.
The worst place to stay at if you're looking to rest. Alcohol abuse, noise pollution, absolutely rude staff! COCKROACHES abound. Dirty bed covers... Staff disinterested with guests complaints and importantly, THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Emails go unanswered. Keep away. Keep away if you're decent or with your family. TRUTH!Rooms: 1/5
Lost my Plover they Got Ctv Cameras I call to see if they Fund, saying sorry don't now...sadly to say but Shod informed Costumer wo they Lost....Rooms: 3/5
Can't tell you since they could not even book me in after half an hour. No empathy for guest, not my fault if network is down,, and they can't process payment ,no senior staff on duty to make a call. Had to leave to attend a function without been able to freshen up and change for Function
absolutely terrible , dirty ,unkept ,bad service ,noisy .... towels are like sandpaper , 1 even had a hole in it no ice on the property asked for tea for the room - never received it no glasses only plastic cups no overnight person available to control noisy guests when i spoke to the day time receptionist the next morning she laughed at me and wasnt bothered
Very nice place to chill with friends and family at a reasonable price however there were few things I didn't like about the place.. they should wash their bedding it smelled so terrible it's like they didn't change it. There was not enough things to make coffee/tea , we used plastic cups for tea which were dirty even the spoon. All I can say is that they need to ensure that the rooms are clean and bedding is changed before letting in the guests.
The room was stunning. I really enjoyed our stay here.Rooms: 5/5
The place is neat, friendly upfront personnel and the landscape is well looked after. I have been here twice, the first time; load-shedding was the only issue. The second time, the room I was in had a broken toilet door, the aircon in the room wasn't working. But with their prices, it's forgivable. Only a few things to tweak by the owners to make this place one of a kind
Very noisy. There no control over the noise by other people Rooms: Bed and bedding worn out and blankets very smelly.
