have used eden training for several years always a positive experience, Unfortunately I have now been chasing our certificates for about a year now after getting all my staff to submit their work twice to no avail. they are not answering phone calls, left messages or emails! I've given up! I will be taking all my on-going staff training needs elsewhere from now on. waste of time going here.

I had written a full review about why I was giving 1 star. After i posted it the review didnt post but the 1 star did. The next day I received a hostile and rude phone call at my place of work. This was not to try to resolve anything but felt more like a chance to have an argument. I was even asked if i was talking on behalf of everyone at my place of work!? And should we ALL be taken off of the mailing list because of me. Bottom line is, my experiences with this company have been bad from start to finish. Communication is poor, emails are not replied to and work takes ages to come back to you pushing your finishing date further and further back.

I have worked at this company for several years, and also completed various training courses here - safeguarding, food hygiene and childcare level 2 & 3. I have been to various other colleges in the past and can honestly say they don't compare. The support at Eden is invaluable.

Worse company ever!! Really disorganised. No support what so ever never contact you back. Wasted my time with them. Now enrolling in a better place. Also dont understand why there is kendra Saxon below writing a false review when shes the daughter of the person who owns this company and also works there lol. Bad when they have to lie to get more stars on Google search!!!

Have to give one star as it won't allow No stars. Never received payment for our apprentice. Still waiting nearly a year on.
